I converted to Catholicism in 1993, after a lifelong career in assorted Protestant churches. There are many things I love about being a Catholic Christian--some fundamental. Others, just fun. Like the tradition of godparents. Each of my children has godparents and my husband and I have two lovely god-daughters.Are You Godparent? Do Your Kids Have Godparents?
