 Here's an story for April Fools' Day that's no joke. A Post Falls, Idaho man called 911 to dispute a $30 bar tab, reported KHQ on March 31. Phillip Poissonnier called dispatchers 11 times over his bar bill. He got so drunk that he was kicked out of Club Tequila.
